Every time I click on save, Access takes ages. This was not the case in the beginning. Is it maybe because I store it on OneDrive? Or do all those table need much processing capacity? What could be the reason?

You really shouldn't be running access out of one drive. You can use one drive to store backups or to transfer the file when you move computers, but it's just an extra step when you're using it, take it out to the local machine and run it from there.
