Hello Richard and Other Guys

I have a form with 2 subforms on it, subform1 and subform2. Is
there some way to requery subform2 from subfrom1 or requery subform1 from subfrom2?

Forms!Mainform!Subform1.Form!Subform2.Form.Requery does not seem to work.

Try it like this:

Parent!SubformName.Form.Requery

By your images you are referring to the wrong parent form.
Shouldn't it be MainMenuF, not EmployeeF?

Forms!MainMenuF!StockInHandF.Form.Requery

Or just use Parent as I did in my first reply.

Parent!StockInHandF.Form.Requery

That's not the name that is the Source Object. That's okay though because I see the name in the combo, which actually seems to be mis-spelled (It says Stoct In Hand)

Parent![Stock In Hand].Form.Requery

You will need the square brackets since you have spaces in the name of the Subform object.

Take a look at the spelling in the name property.
