Good morning, I found a bug in the Document F and DocumentSubF forms. OK, so in DocumentF, When you select a new file or bulk add, when you go back to give an Entity Name to it, it no longer opens up the file "File Not Found" and I think it would be a good idea to put an after update event in the EntityCombo to actually put the file in the Entities DocumentFolder as this does not currently do this. It does show up in the persons DocumentsTab but is not in the correct folder and this file will not open either..."File Not Found"
So, there is something definitely going on there and I wish I knew how to fix! Thanks Dave

Hey Dave - Do you see this behavior in a db that you are making or in the example db that Richard provided for down load?
I see what the problem is. The issue is that if you use the Document List button from the main menu instead of going thru the Entity form, when you add some documents, they are put in the folder for the 0 user (system). If you then assign an entity, the files are not moved, which causes a File Not Found error if you try to open them. Got it. Good catch, David. I'll add this to the bug fix list.

Sorry for delayed response as i normally get an email but didn't this time. In any event, I found an additional bug and that is in the documents where if you add a JPG, PNG, Or GIF file, it creates an error and wont put in the file so lets get that fixed too please....LOL All the other forms of docs work jsut fine, you just cant add a picture!
Thanks Again
