Customer Service Based Pricing
James Hopkins

Hey, I been tried to use the way, Richard set the values in the Association Databases for the Combo Boxes in my Form, but it same to not get what I am looking for. So, how to Add Rows when you click SAVE BUTTON to insert the row into the Continuous Sub Form or just the Continuous Form. Is there a way I could add Client Name, Property Name, & Location into the Form, using the Order Form Add Product method? What is the best way to achieve this correctly? How to create a Property-based Service Form that you can set custom Prices based on Customer and Property per Service?

James I would start you out by looking at the Invoicing videos.  I like the method included in the Extended cut better, but that is personal preference.

If you really want to take your db up a notch, consider the Access Work Order Seminar.  Built for more of a service type of business,  I started out with that a long time ago.  Even though it's an older course, there is tons of great stuff there to manage a business.

Hey, thanks Scott. I was going about all wrong. I recreated the Form into the way that Richard did in the "Inventory & Invoicing TechHelp Databases".

James you might also check out the Customer Pricing video as well as the Customer Discount video.

That would help you if you have differing pricing levels based on criteria that you determine.
