Most places in the universe will kill life instantly - instantly! People say "oh, the forces of nature are just right for life." Excuse me. Just look at the volume of the universe where you can't live. You will die instantly.
I new to access from watching the videos. But I am trying to add a functional radio button to a already completed database. What Im trying to do is to be able to use this radio button to keep track of the people that have a key to a building and then be able to be able to sort that with a query. Any help would be grateful

Steven you could but for one item it really isn't recommended. Technically a "radio button" is called an Option Button in Access. Those are typically meant for choosing between 2 or more items.
You would need to add a field to your table first if you don't already have one. In your case maybe HasKey as a yes/no field.
Go watch the Yes/No Fields video first.
Then if you want to change it Richard show multiple ways to set up how it looks on your form. Especially in the extended cut.
One of the issues with an option button is you cant really do much with it formatting wise. It just is what it is. You can't change the size or other properties.
Another option you might consider it to use the methods in Large Check Box video.
You could choose a different graphic that looks like a radio button. You wouldn't necessarily have to have a check box.
Lots of options. Give it a try and if you have troubles post here again and we'll try and help you out!
