Timeclock query

How do you add 2nd line item detail "mileage driven" from emplpyee timeclock query?

Just add in the fields to the table.  If you want Access to calculate the miles driven make a StartMiles and an EndMiles.  In the Query do the math - just like Richard showed how to do the time.

Make sure you are getting the basics down first: Access Beginner 1
Otherwise it will seem like you are drinking from a fire hose when working with Access.

Check out Subforms also.

I have that already but I am having trouble putting a 2nd "product name" in the "invoiceBtn" code. In order to have calculated hours and mileage on one invoice. Thanks.

This sounds more like a table structure problem to me.  I don't see that you have taken any of the courses here so don't know what your experience level is.

Since you are a Gold Member check out the Time & Billing in addition to the one above.
Watch the Invoicing video as well.

I'm a newbie but I followed the steps. It's only calculating one or the other (not both). I ll pay you if you can spot the issue. See attached. Thank you so much.

How do I get it to post two "ProductName" on the invoice using the "CreateInvoiceBtn"? I think its something in the code because I can get it to work if I manually update the data (orderid) in the table. Everything else works great. Thanks

Looks like i need to learn how to do recordsets. Would the Time & Billing Seminar show how to work with more than one type of "product name"?  Or which seminar would be best?  Thank you
