i would like to achieve something like this:
when the app is running, one function is always check in one folder if there is an excel file or not in 30 s- 1 min or more , if yes it will start a function called import, after the excel table was imported in data base table will delete the xls file and its start over to listen for other excel file in that folder, and this loop will work till the app is running there is any chance to build such function or not this is my question, and if yes where should i place it in which event of the form.

Try looking at Access Expert 24 for an event timer.  Also Access Web Sync Seminar or Developer Level 6

If not let me know I can look again.

Do a search on the top for timer there are several tech help video, a lot actually.  this may point you towards how to set up an event to fire off every 30 second.

Will it take less time to import the file than the frequency?
If it's importing the file and takes 10 mins then it will start the import multiple times

Tech Help memberships are for Tech Help videos and Code Vault

If you want full courses you'll either buy them separately or start a Learning Connection subscription.
