Trust Ctr Never show blocked

I watched the Email Seminar and followed the necessary steps to change the Trust Center, Message Bar to "NEVER SHOW INFORMATION ABOUT BLOCKED CONTENT". However, I'm still receiving those annoying pop-up security boxes.  The email/PDF attachments work perfectly but I have to click ALLOW via the Security Pop-up box to send each individual email.  What am I missing?

Have you updated your Windows Defender virus scanner lately?

Our Windows Defender is enabled and updated hourly. Any other suggestions?  I found some info on an Add-In called MAPILab Advanced Security Add-in.  Do you know anything about that Add-in?

My IT Dept is saying.....

The problem we have is that Microsoft does not support Antivirus Detection on Server OS:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/troubleshoot/security/outlook-trust-center-shows-antivirus-status-as-unavailable

Why they chose this path is beyond me, but here we are:

This is a problem for me as well, because Antivirus coverage reporting for all Windows Server OS shows no AV coverage. This is because there is no WSC service to report AV status.

It MAY be possible to do some of these things on a Windows 10 or 11 workstation, but our options are limited with Server OS.

Ah... you didn't say you were running the database on Windows Server. Yes, that definitely changes things. You'll need a workstation to run it on (Windows 10 or 11, preferably).

I followed the steps in the Email Seminar to set up delivery via SMTP.  All the emails are being sent perfectly and the one remaining issue is that the attachment is not being attached within each individual email.  Do you suppose it's a minor issue with the programming (seeing it worked using Outlook) or is the programming for the SMTP process more involved for bulk emails with attachments?

If you just send one email does it attach?

Does the issue happen in my stock database, or is this a database you built?
