Not many people still use the 32-bit version of Access; I don't even have it running on any machines here in my office anymore. The 64-bit version is the default installation. However, I did reply to the email you sent me, so look for that. Here's what I said:
You cannot import the objects from the ACCDE file; that's the free sample demo version. You have to use the paid ACCDB file. So, create a blank new database and then pull in all of the objects from that ACCDB file. Then, the database should run just fine under 32-bit because there's nothing specifically 64-bit about it.
