Dropdown Box Checkbox

I have a form in Access that asks for NCMR(Non-Conformance Material Report) Type. Options are SSP Production and Vendor. I have all information entered into this form being automatically transferred to another form to be printed. On the printable form, The NCMR Type is checkboxes not a drop-down list. How do I get Access to check the box on the printable form when someone picks one of the options from the drop-down list on the input form?
The printable form is a document that cannot be changed without going through a long drawn out process.

Hi Stephen
Are these forms bound to a table or query? if so, can you share the field that holds the SSP Production and Vendor information.
What you are trying to do is not difficult.

In the second form (the white one) you have 2 controls, "SSP Production" and "Vender" both pointing to same control source
"N NCMR Type".
so, they will always display the same value.
I take it that your "NCMR Type Table" contains only two values, correct? if so, just display that value on the form.

Yes, Two types. SSP Production = SSP Production, Finished Goods-FGI = Vendor on the white form.
