I have a church directory database that I would like to copy with out the data, so I can mame a dircetory for anotherrr church.  I there a simple way to do this?  Spliting the data base seems alittle complicated?

There are several ways you can do this. Having said that, splitting the database is not hard at all. Richard has a great video on that:
Split Your Database.

You can create an empty database and then copy Forms, Queries, and reports by selecting them from the old database, copying, and pasting them onto the new database.

Then copy the Tables the same way; it will give you the option to copy the Structure only.

Hi William
Sami has good advice! In addition, I suggest you copy everything to the new folder. You may have some tables with useful information such as zipcode tables, or other lookup tables. It is easy to overlook these and have to recreate them.

After posting this went ahead an created  a blank Database an copied all my forms, query's an etc to the blank database minus the data. I have only one question, when creating  my computer named it database 1.  So now when I open Access  I have GW Church Directory and Database 1 , HOW CAN I RENAME   database 1?

If you want to change the title, go to File-> Options -> Current Database

If you want to change the windows file name, just rename it

William, something else to consider;
Your post made me wonder if there is a possibility that you may have the opportunity to build the same or similar database for a third, fourth,... church or other organization.  If so, I would highly suggest reserving the "blank database minus the data" as a TEMPLATE (left void of actual data or only contain sample data) to save you the time and headache in the future!!
