This will be my first post on this site as I just joined a couple days ago. I have been working with Access for 30+ years on and off. I have written some simple databases in that time period and wanted to learn more of the in depth of Access. I have watched many of Richard's videos on YouTube and was very impressed with the knowledge you have in Access! I am in the process of starting a business and wanted to save on the startup costs by writing my own database(s) for my business. Enough about me!

I thought this test was excellent in covering the material presented in this class. I missed 5 or 6 total questions within the 13 lessons. I did see one question that I believe the answer should be different and some other questions that could be answered correctly with multiple answers listed. I don't want to point out the questions on here, so other students can have the opportunity to take this test. Overall, I would like to take these tests for all the classes. It made me think!!

Feel free to post them here Robert, This is the answer sheet, they shouldn't be here unless theyve taken the full test anyways (or they're sneaking a peek lol). Could be helpful to others to see.

No Problem, please understand I may be reading the questions wrong too. If I am, can you explain it?

Lesson 4, Q8 This question could be both C (correct answer) and A because the Access Database is not sensitive to the Field Description either.

Lesson 9, Q-1 I know advanced queries were not discussed but you can delete data with a delete query (Answer A). I know I am reaching with this one but you can make a table with a Make Table query (answer D - but, this doesn't change the structure) and store data with an update query.

Lesson 12, Q-6 Should be answer B not D add T or Q at end of the name not the beginning.

I didn't want to make this a long post, so just placed 3 of them that I noticed the most. It was a great test and I would like to see more for the other courses in the future.

4.8: I agree with you. Badly worded question.

9.1: I think the AI is just basing this question off the material presented in the class, but you're right. A, C, and D are all valid answers. I've changed the question to: "What is the primary purpose of creating a query in Access? What will you use a query for MOST of the time. Yes, some of the other answers are possible to do with queries, but what will you use them for the most?"

12.6: This is just a spot where the AI put the wrong answer down.

Thank you VERY much for bringing these up. This is EXACTLY the kind of feedback I need for these quizzes. Obviously, having AI generate the quizzes is MUCH faster than creating them by hand (it's literally one button click) but as with everything AI-related right now, it still needs that human editing touch.

Thanks Richard! I used to teach MS Office programs in college (not Access, though) and understand how hard it is to make a test by hand. I wish I would have had AI back then, it sure would have made life easier. I did take that into account with how the test was made, AI. There were some other questions that I thought were very difficult just because I couldn't remember where you stated certain things will be discussed.

I did get the question in Lesson 13, Q1 correct, only because that was probably my favorite topic. I could do a lot with that in my business database!! Even though much of the beginner course's were a review for me, I received a lot of great information by taking those courses! I am excited to head into the Expert Level now! I am glad I decided to sign up. This site has a tremendous amount of information!! Thank you!!
