Hey Richard, I am trying to fiquire out how to write the Dsum Function for Unpaid Invoices.Here's what I have...

=DSum("CompleteInvoiceTotal","InvoiceQ","[ClientID]=" & [ClientID] & " AND ""InvoiceStatusID= & Is Not(413)""")

How about...

=DSum("CompleteInvoiceTotal","InvoiceQ","[ClientID]=" & [ClientID] & " AND InvoiceStatusID <> 413")

This assumes you want the current ClientID and the InvoiceStatusID is NOT equal to 413.

Hey Richard, I am trying to DCount the Payment Made this Month and by Payment Type.

=Nz(DCount("*","PaymentT","[PaymentType]='Manual Payment' & " And "Month([PaymentDate])= Month(Now())"),0)

Watch the quotes. Your syntax is wrong. Try:

=DCount("*","PaymentT","[PaymentType]=""Manual Payment"" AND Month([PaymentDate])= Month(Now())")

If that doesn't work, make a PaymentQ that has a critiera for "Manual Payment" and has Month(PaymentDate) as a separate field, and then say:

=DCount("*","PaymentQ","NewMonthField=" & Month(Now()))

And you shouldn't need Nz. DCount will return zero if no records are found.

Avoid single quotes in parameters! Double Double Quotes
