Every act of conscious learning requires the willingness to suffer an injury to one's self-esteem. That is why young children, before they are aware of their own self-importance, learn so easily.
Ruby, thank you for the feedback. You are correct... you can apply a custom format like that to VIEW the date or time... but if you want to CHANGE the value (for calculations) so that it's ONLY a date or time, a format alone won't work.
