Looks like the left & right quotes in the questions are being changed to different characters on the page. When I put them in as a comment, this comment box knew how to handle the string of characters for the left quotes.

Thanks. I have it in the instructions for the bot to never use curly quotes, the smart quotes, only to use the regular flat ones. It always uses those curly ones no matter how many times I tell it, so I'll tell it again. Thanks for letting me know.
