Hi, is it possible for 2 users to fill in data on the same form at the same time if I slpits the database? Given the amount of new records that need to be created, it is not feasible to appoint 1 person there. This is taking too long.

Yes.
Make sure you split the database
Make sure each user has his own copy of the front end.

Which Scenario do you need?

Scenario 1
Record 1 has Field 1 and Field 2
User 1 fills in Field 1 on Record 1
User 2 fills in Field 2 on Record 1

Scenario 2
Table 1 has Field 1 and Field 2
User 1 fills in Field 1 & 2 in Table 1 on Record 1
User 2 fills in Field 2 & 2 in Table 1 on Record 2

Scenario 2, each user must complete the entire form, both the main form and the subform.
The field at the top left (288) is unique >> is indexed so that no two identical numbers are registered. Can this be done by splitting the database? We will now ensure that the numbers are far enough apart when we start with a new module v cabinet.

You should not have any issues.

I hope so, it's new to me, but I'll keep an extra copy aside in case things go wrong. :) fingers crossed but if you say it works then it will be fine.

I have 40 users accessing the same backend and writing to the same table inside that backend file.

Sami, do they all have the database frontend on their PC or is it on the server? I constantly create forms and queries, how do you solve it so that users also have this update?

Each must have their own copy. don't used a shared front end. it causes problems.

I am a heavy user of
Access Updater that Richard mentioned. it is a life changer

Sami, I notice when asking questions about the access Updater module that you have some questions and problems. Have these been resolved for you because there is no update on the module. IS it necessary to purchase Access Updater or is the setup and extras sufficient? What is the content of the purchase, the added value.

I use the standard current version of the updater. I did not have to change any of the code. What questions I had at the beginning where my misunderstanding.

I originally purchased the full thing. so, I am not best person to answer the question about what to purchase.

If you need any help with it, just post and I will help you. I can also show you how to integrate it with an ACCDE file
