record BOLD

hi, I have to enter thousands of records to which a description is attached, the description can consist of more than 1 record on the subform, since the 1st record must always be in BOLD, my question is, is it possible to ensure that the text of the 1st record will always appear in the BOLD, the subsequent records of the description on the subform must remain BOLD on false, please note that it must still be possible to manually set words in the sentence to BOLD on subsequent records afterwards . Hopefully it's a bit clear. will add print.

What Identify the "First Record"?

Conditional formatting may be able to do it, but you need something in the record to identify the first record.

That's the problem, you can access it with VBA to set it to BOLD, but the 2nd record may not be BOLD and neither should the consecutive records, and then you must be able to manually set the other records to BOLD words in a sentence.

Rich Text is already set up and I know that I can adjust the text there manually, but since I have to create thousands of records where the 1st record must always be in BOLD, I would like this 1st record that is created to always be automatically in BOLD would be useful and save a lot of time.

In my example below I added a SortOrder field (add any field relevant to your project).
Remember to sort the records based on the SortOrder.
I used Conditional Formatting to always display the first record in Bold.
I included some code to increment the SortOrder to the next highest value when a new record is added.
You could, of course, default all records to zero and only increment for the first record of each Parent/Child relationship. Not too hard to do.
