Q: Which membership is right for me?A: Choosing the right membership depends on your goals and experience level. For beginners, the Learning Connection membership is highly recommended. It provides a structured, sequential learning path that ensures you build a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced topics. Advanced users who want to focus on specific areas may find the MYOLP membership more suited to their needs, as it allows unrestricted access to all available content.

Q: Can I have more than one membership type?A: Yes, you can have more than one membership type. For example, you can combine a Learning Connection or MYOLP membership with a TechHelp membership to get both courses and extended cut videos. However, having both Learning Connection and MYOLP is not necessary, as one provides all the courses, while the other delivers courses weekly.

Q: Can I cancel my membership anytime?A: Yes, Learning Connection and TechHelp memberships can be canceled at any time, with a minimum of one month required. MYOLP requires a one-year minimum commitment, after which you can switch to a monthly plan.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?A: You can cancel your membership using the self-cancel tool on the My Account page of the website. Please remember to cancel before your membership renews, as refunds are not provided.

Q: How do I find the extended cut videos?A: On the website, extended cut videos are located in the members section on the same page as the regular video. On YouTube, they are listed under the video description, marked as "Members Only Extended Cut Video."

Q: How do I get my free monthly class?A: TechHelp members can redeem their free monthly class by logging in to the My Account page and selecting the link to redeem it. Remember, you must claim your class within the calendar month.

Q: How do I get my member discount on other lessons, seminars, and templates?A: You'll find a discount link on your My Account page. Click on that link to get your discount in the shopping cart. If you don't see the discount applied, do not submit your order, and contact customer service for a credit if needed.

Q: I'm a Gold member, but I'm unable to download files from your Access templates section. Why?A: Gold membership only includes downloads from the TechHelp video series. Other templates and resources are available for purchase but are not included in the membership.
