Phil, if your disbursements are NEGATIVE to begin with, then Excel will ADD them (remember, subtracting a negative number is the same as adding it). So if you have A=B-C and C is a negative number, that's the same as saying A=B+C. Check and see if that's the case. If not, contact me via the TechHelp page and I'll give you instructions for sending me your sheet so I can look at it.
