Click to go to another record

Hi guys
I have a database as follows. Here is a simple example with 5 records to show you my issue:
1 My car is blue
2 my
3 car
4 is
5 blue
Is it possible to click on any of the words in record 1 in order to go another record?
For example I click on "blue" to go to record 5 blue.
Thanks in anticipation.

Yes, you can do this, but it will need VBA. Your account shows you are still in the bigger courses.

Can you give an example of why?

How are mapping record 1 to 2,3,4,5?
Could you have a record 6 that is also 'blue'
When you click on blue should it now go to 5 or 6?

I would do this with a button instead of clicking on a word inside the field. What if you needed to change 'blue' to 'red'. The method you are describing could cause problems with editing records.

Hi everybody
Thank you very much for your fast answers. I really appreciate it!
As I am an Access beginner (and my english is not too good) I may not understand all your questions well, but I try to explain in more details. I am using the "Hanping Cantonese Dictionary" Android app in my phone
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.embermitre.hanping.cantodict.app.pro
There one can do what I have asked in this Forum. I have an Access database with some Cantonese vocabulary and I wonder whether I can do the same. Please see the two attached images for reference.
Thanks again in anticipation!

Remark: I do not intend to make an Android app, I just want to make my Access database more useful.

About mapping I do not know how to do it.
No record 6 'blue' to avoid duplicates,
but there could also be records like:
6 red
7 My car is red
8 red apple
9 blue heaven
and so on.
No need to change 'blue' to 'red' as the content of my database is a dictionary, i.e. 'blue' is always 'blue' otherwise the translation would be wrong. Sorry, I should have detailed it better before. See image attached (for ease of understanding English-German instead of English-Cantonese).

I didn't think languages always mapped one for each one with each work being in the same sequence
Example
My car is blue
Blue car is my (switch to another language)
Contrived example but

You are absolutely right about the sequences, Alex. My aim is to be able to click on a word within the sequence independently how it is mapped. When I click on "blue" for example, the record "blue" opens, when I click on "car" the record "car" opens etc.
