Where is my
CD? You can check the status of your
order by logging on to your account HERE.
Once you're logged on, go to My Account > Order History and
you'll be able to track your order in our database.
When your order is
packed for shipping, and again when your order has actually been
taken to the post office, you will receive a confirmation email from our
shipping department detailing the date that your order was shipped and the
address it was shipped to. Please keep in mind that it can take SIX TO
EIGHT WEEKS for your order to arrive.
Our web site order form very clearly states: "Allow
SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS for delivery of
shipped CDs. We're a small family business, and we usually ship once a
month. This is why we suggest you download your lessons or watch them
online in our Web Theater."
This warning is displayed prominantly during the order process (and in our
TERMS OF SALE which you agreed to), so
it shouldn't be a surprise. We state UP FRONT that we're not very
fast with shipping. Most of our orders are delivered online. Rest assured,
however, your order will be there soon. We ship everything out at least
once a month.
While you're waiting for your CD to arrive, please feel free to download
any of your lessons from our web site, or you can watch them online (just
like YouTube videos) in our Theater. For details, just

Why does it take so long? We're a small, family-run
business. We don't have the staff to ship every day. The vast majority of
our customers watch their lessons online or download them. This is
why we want everyone to know UP FRONT that it could take several
weeks for your CDs to arrive. We usually do ship once every week or two,
so your CD should be there within 2 weeks. However, in extreme
cases (or if we're really busy) we only ship once a month or so.
Also be sure to check the ADDRESS for your
order on our order status page and make sure it is correct. To be honest, most of the
time people complain about not receiving their order, it's because they
typed in their address incorrectly. Hey, it happens. Sometimes people miss
a digit or incorrectly key in a ZIP code. We do not manually verify addresses,
and we never type them in on our side. Your address goes right from your
fingertips to our web site to the mailing label. If you typed in your
address wrong, just let us know. If we can catch your order, or if it is
returned to us undeliverable, we will send it back out to you, but you'll
be asked to pay for the return postage if the error is on your end.
Also be sure to check inside of other mail.
Our discs come inside of small plain white envelopes. It's very easy for
them to get accidentally tucked inside of another piece of mail, like a
magazine or catalog. Check for it!
If it has been more than 8 weeks and you
still haven't received your CD, please contact us and let us know.
