Today, as soon as I released Access 3, the web site had a bit of a problem. Seems that the influx of users logging on to get the new class overloaded the server. I rebooted the server and everything was fine (and I took some programming steps so this shouldn't happen again).
However... this brings up a good point... in case you ever try to reach 599CD.com and the web site is down (like it was today for about 10 minutes) then be sure to check my Facebook and Twitter pages. I'll be sure to post anything there if I know there's a problem.
And of course if YOU recognize a problem, please don't hesitate to let me know. PAGE a customer service rep if the site is up and you have any problems with your account (like you cannot log in). If the site is down, I should know about it quickly. I have several web site monitoring tools in place, and I'm usually notified right away.
