Computer Learning Zone CLZ Access Excel Word Windows

At the heart of science is an essential balance between two seemingly contradictory attitudes--an openness to new ideas, no matter how bizarre or counterintuitive they may be, and the most ruthless skeptical scrutiny of all ideas, old and new.

Free Course Credits

What are Free Course Credits?

These are Credits that may be used to purchase new-release video tutorials or handbooks.

How do I get Free Course Credits?

There are several ways to get Credits. You may receive them as a gift from someone else, as part of a promotion, or as compensation for purchasing a class instead of taking a free upgrade.

What can Free Course Credits be used for?

Credits may be used to purchase the next class in a series. For example, let's say you already own Excel Beginner levels 1 through 4. You could use a Course Credit to get level 5 for free.

You can also use a Credit to purchase the PDF handbook for any course you currently own. A handbook costs 1/4 of a full Credit.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes. You cannot skip ahead classes. For example, if you currently own Excel 1 and 2, but not Excel 3 or 4, you cannot redeem a credit for Excel 5 because you're missing two classes in the middle.

Also, you cannot use credits to purchase classes that were released BEFORE you received the credit. For example, if you received a free credit in July of 2012, you cannot use it to purchase Access 301, which was released in 2008.

Credits also cannot be used for seminars or printed handbooks.

Credits cannot be used to cover the cost of shipping & handling, however if you want your free course or handbook shipped on CD, all you have to pay is the S&H cost.

How can I redeem a Free Course Credit?

As of right now, we don't have an automated method for redeeming credits. We're working on it. However, all you have to do is contact customer service and let us know you want to redeem one of your credits. Just let us know which course you want to use it for and we'll add it to your account for you.
