I love this time of year. We're so busy that by the time I empty out my customer service inbox, there are a dozen more emails to answer... which makes recording videos tough, but I feel taking care of YOU is more important than getting new lessons out.
I'm not complaining though... I love interacting with each and every one of you! Keep the questions coming, just know that TECHNICAL questions (like how do I do XXX with my Access Database) should be submitted via the TechHelp form, or better yet posted on the FORUMS... not the customer service form... and DEFINITELY NOT via regular email.
When you send me regular email it just makes my life harder because I have to copy it over to the customer service database! If you want a prompt reply, use the right channel.
