Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.
Is it possible to transcribe the lessons so that they can be searchable? Would be a great time saver if someone (like me) wants a particular topic in a specific spot in a lesson...just a thought.

Great question. I am interested in the answer as well.
With my newer lessons and TechHelp videos, I have been creating transcripts because the technology exists now to make it quick and easy - basically one click. When I first started recording these videos, it did not. Moving forward, yes, I'll probably post transcripts with the videos. If you're looking for certain keywords, you can always try the index, which is pretty comprehensive.
