I would like to know if we still have acces to the start menu windows8 in the left corner once we import the window 7 button? (ref. custom changes) Thank you and have a nice day.

Yes. I like to hit WIN-C to bring up the Charms Bar and then click on the Start Button icon right in the middle of it. I almost never use the Start Menu though, personally.
