Marvin, you're right. It actually happens at about time index 11:30. I hit REPLACE and then it magically just goes to lowercase "computer." I think a segment of the video is actually missing - it's just a real tiny clip. I think what I did was to click on the MORE button and select "MATCH CASE" which forces Word to search for "PC" and not "pc" or "Pc" and then replace it with the case of the replace text exactly... "computer" and not "COMPUTER" for example. That probably got accidentally deleted in editing... and I'll be sure to fix it in the Word 2007 video.
