I use 2007, dosen't excite me that much. There are things that I have to use my laptop for, XP 2003 Access, that are kinda "foggy" or don't work as well on 2007.
You might have guessed it, continue with the advanced courses on 2003. Throw a couple of 2007 classes in to show some of the differences as you can.
