Adding and Subtracting Dates and Times

I need to subtract time and date in differnt cells, for example
A1= Date
B1= Time
A2=Date
B2=Time
Now, i require to time duration between A1 B1 and A2 B2.

Just add A1 and B1 to get the date/time. Then subtract the two resulting cells to get the difference.
