Congratulations Richard! I'm sure you are going to love FL. I live on the east coast in a little town called Sebastian. It's located midway between Jacksonville and Miami and 3 miles from the Atlantic. I am also from upstate New York (Albany area) . Lived out in the country (Helderberg's) , so I also know what snow is. The best to you and you family . Norma
