Congratulations Richard, I have tried many sources for training with Microsoft Access including about a half dozen books on the subject by which two of them are about 3" thick and they are intimidating to say the least. Each time I afford myself the time to learn about Access, I always return to your videos. They are organized and proportionally balanced where the novice can find a place to start as well as the expert. They offer tips and tricks along with sound advice as to why you should learn this first before moving on to more complex database elements and features. You are fortunate to possess the gift of teaching and you do it well. Thank you and your recognition is well deserved. Doug Jones Plant Manager USA
