My company gave me full access to [a different company's online training courses].  I checked a few of their videos, none of them seem to define the type of teacher that stands like Richard does.  

They focus too much on blah blah blah blah. It takes me 40 minutes to understand just for him to create a the first table and explain what it is.  By that time I got bored and almost lost. I know they have the know how, unfortunately the teaching is not there.

I got confused, they don't focus like what Richard does. Richard teaches Step by Step at a normal speed that one can understand. I don't know how to express the words, I know better than I was with Access with Richard.
