Most places in the universe will kill life instantly - instantly! People say "oh, the forces of nature are just right for life." Excuse me. Just look at the volume of the universe where you can't live. You will die instantly.
Rick, My wife and I have run into a stuation when we both want to have unique identities on certain websites (e.g. the national emt registry) They use email as a unique identifier like you do. How do you accommodate those folks that may share an email? In our case we were forced to set up a second email account for my wife in order to register ourselves. Well, setting up a 2nd email account is no big deal. I personally use Gmail for most of my email. One nice trick with Gmail is that you can set up aliases like this:
See what I did there? Everything before the + is an alias. You can use it to direct mail to different folders with filters. You can use it to track and see if a particular site is giving away your email address. Lots is possible.
