Hi Richard, can you think of some examples (+ or -) of when TRUNC is different than ROUNDDOWN (for the same num_digits)? Could they be the same function? Thanks!

Aside from the fact that you can specify a number of digits with ROUNDDOWN, I don't see any difference, no. Usually you have to be careful because some functions will treat negative numbers differently, but with these two that's not the case.
