Hi Richard, will you please share how this issue was resolved? I have a channel that has over 300 videos and all of them have been loaded up on another channel... did you find a way to batch submit a copyright issue or a way to report a channel?

Nope. YouTube has no method in place for that. You have to submit each infringed video separately. I've written to YouTube about this, and I'll let you know when I get a reply.
