We wish to find the truth, no matter where it lies. But to find the truth we need imagination and skepticism both. We will not be afraid to speculate, but we will be careful to distinguish speculation from fact.
Hi, How does one copy all that legacy code if you convert your access database to the web. Or, is there a good way (KISS) to access old databases across the web? Regards, John
Reply from Richard Rost:
Nope. It's not easy at all. If you want to convert your desktop Access database to an Access Web App, pretty much NONE of your VB code will convert. You have to re-write everything using macros. That's one of the reasons I'm not behind Web Apps... yet.
