Greetings, I'm wondering if anyone can help explain to me how or if something can be done. I speak publicly and used to print out my notes and then hand write on the side of each paragraph a summary of that paragraph so I would know what to say next.

I got to thinking I wonder if it is possible to do this in Word itself so as to be more readable. I tried using the "notes" in "markup" but they printed out so small that I really couldn't read them. Then I thought maybe I could add columns and have the main column be for the printed notes and a smaller column on the side be for the summary of the paragraph, but I can't seem to make that work as all the text just flows onto both columns, rather than being able to separate the first column for the notes and the second for the summary.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to do what I'm trying to do here?
