The Word Seminar was recorded LONG before my Word 101, 102, etc. courses were put together. It covers a broad range of topics, but the quality and depth of coverage is nowhere near as good as the regular Word courses because the Seminar was recorded from a live online event.
If you want to learn Word fast and quick, and you don't care about the quality of the video (there are some skips, static, etc.), the Seminar is fine. Otherwise, I strongly recommend the Word 101, 102, etc. courses.
