Debbie, again this doesn't help me. I guess I would need to see what you're doing and how your database is laid out in order to help you. If you have a query based on a new table and it's not pulling records from it, then something is either wrong with your query, or your data isn't making it to the table. Just based on the description you've given me, however, it's impossible for me to tell. Why don't you submit this to me, along with a copy of your database, to my TechHelp page.
