Very. You can't use spaces in things like variable names, and if you use spaces in your table or field names you have to remember to enclose everything in square brackets.
Something that should be simple like:
Forms!CustomerF!FirstName
Now becomes a pain if you have spaces in it:
Forms![Customer Form]![First Name]
