I'm wondering if you have any recent thoughts on this? I'm looking to publish some pages internally that link/get their information from our access database. Then i want to run my custom page on a TV Monitor. The data will only be displayed. What would you recommend in 2018?

ASP would work fine, if you have an IIS server you can serve them from. You could use a HTA. Is the TV connected to a computer and shows the Desktop?
