I've tried saving the settings on how I'd like to view specific folders (Extralarge Icon, List View, sorted by date descending...) It never stays for very long. Is there a code to assign View (like Extra Large Icon) to Folder and Subfolders when opened using vba code? Shell Exec....
I don't believe so. That's not something stored in Access, so unless the program you're opening has startup parameters or can be modified with a Windows Registry setting, then you really can't do much about it from Access. Alex, any ideas?
Maybe something in the Open post I made, I've never needed it so would need to research a bit first.
I thought windows usually remembers what view you had.
