Richard, This is very strange. When I change the code to point to the website you suggested, the form still runs the VBA code as soon as it opens but it still goes to the old URL. I've checked the code and I don't mention the old website anywhere. Where is it coming from and why does the form run the code when it opens? There are no events associated with the form, only the Navigate button which never gets the chance to run..... Any help would be appreciated..... Bill
