Tom, I do have to say that in the 6 months since I posted that initial blog entry, I have come to like the interface a LITTLE better. I think the new ribbon works REAL well for Word and Excel. It's very good for programs like those where you spend a good deal of time FORMATTING things. However, in a workhorse application like Access that's for developers, I think it stinks. I actually LIKE the ribbon in Word more than the old menu - now that I'm used to it.

I'm still VERY mad at Microsoft, however, for not giving us the CHOICE to switch back to the old menus.
