Richard, are you asking this about the Blog feature in Microsoft Word? If so, I don't know. I really haven't played with that feature yet, to be completely honest. I don't know if blogging in Word is worth the time since there are so many good Web-based blog solutions. I built my own for my web site using ASP and an Access database, so of course I added my own "blog roll." You can see a random entry from the last 5 blog entries at the very top of my web site, and on the home page you see the last 5 to 10 (depending on how old they are).
