One of the ways you can REALLY secure your database is to use a REAL back-end database server program like SQL Server. I am planning on making a whole series of SQL Server courses eventually.

But, in the mean time, Microsoft has a version of their database server called SQL SERVER EXPRESS which is a FREE download from their web site. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of the full-featured SQL Server, but it's good enough for most small businesses to use.
