Aside from the obvious (bold text) I've never heard of the term "BoldText Blocks" and I've done a lot of SEO (Search Engine Optimization, for those of you who have never heard of that term before - it's making the search engines LIKE your site so you get a better index.) What's more important than bold text is properly using HEADERS (H1, especially) and meta tags like TITLE and DESCRIPTION.
