Morning Folks,

I would like to attach to a form button the ability to open a second-party application. Is there a simple vba code to do so?

Richard has some code in the code vault that might work, I have never used but might work for you called Shell Execute to open another application

Thx Brent, I think the wall I will run into is that the shortcut resides on my pc, but the app resides on a network drive.

You should have no problem using shell to open the program as long as you have whatever is used to run the program on your pc. Another option is making a batch file and running that through access.
