Hi Richard Take time out to get well. Relax and forget work. It will always be there. Don't even turn on the computer. Make it a little holiday. When you are better you will be raring to go.
If you want a change of climate Australia pretty good.

I would love to visit Australia some day. My ideal climate is South Florida... warm and humid most of the year. As far as NOT turning on the computer? Not possible. :) I have four computers in my home office that run 24/7. I only shut them down for maintenance.
