Richard: I'm glad you tackled this topic. Please cover MS Access 2007 attachments.  Since in the Access course you said - during the PCResale.net we could have 5000 images. Since AC 2007 Attachments are NOT supposed to have the bloat that 2003 had this would be worthwhile.  Also, since the upcoming version 2010 is supposed to be more Web oriented this would help, too. Also, maybe something like little thumbnails of the pictures.  Would like to see graphics of the employees and products.
